The Villa Xilo is in a quiet location on a hillside in the valley of Agia Fotia.
It is surrounded by a few pines, whose scent is constantly in the air.
Here you are really undisturbed spend your vacation: it is at the end of the cul de sac. Fantastic views of the sea and the mountains!

The large kitchen has a seating area with two sofas (one to use as a sofa bed), coffee table, dining table with 4 chairs, a complete kitchen with wood decor.
The bedroom has a double bed, a large closet with plenty of space for your clothes, with a large mirror, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. Internet available.

Of all the large terrace you have the best sea views of the valley and also an almost panoramic view.

This house is partially suitable for wheelchair users: everything is on one level - no steps. Please ask for specification you need.
The sea and beach just 2 minutes by car and on foot only 10-15 minutes downhill.
