Comfortable holiday house in terrace-house-style with a not fenced premises and a sunny lawn of sunbathing. Pets are alowed by requestion. The rental is all over the year.

Detailed description:

The house have a complete equipment with a 4-place electric oven, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster and complete dishes for all people. On the terrace you can find chairs, a tabel and a barbecue. Your car could park in a short distance to the house. Our service is to welcome you personally by the arrival and to tell you all the necessary informations (like the heating systems or others interesting things). Our partner is still there when you needed someone to help.

Description of the area:

Position information: The house is a part of a holiday village near the dike. The distance to the northsea is 10 to 15 minutes per feet. At the village you can find a little shop with a chance to advance order your biscuits, a haven for fish trawler, an haven for yachts, 2 restaurants and a shop to buy fresh fish. Not far away you can find the new northsea-lagune, a cavalry, a minigolf and a low priced bicycle-rent. Your children will favourate the all over the year opened place for playing like big-chute, climbing a mountain, trampoline, dodgems, bowling and many other facilities. Or you can make a trip to bremerhaven, wilhelmshaven etc. Sporting are abled by bathing, tennis, walking, sailing, riding a bicycle, to fish, riding a horse, surfing, inlinescating or others.
