Wohlfühl-Hotel mit besten Freizeitmöglichkeiten
Der Rosenhof liegt in einem schönen großen Gartengrundstück mit Pool. Das Haus strahlt schon von außen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Der Eindruck wird innen noch durch viele liebevolle Details verstärkt. In den schön einegrichteten Zimmern und Ferienwohnungen hält man sich gerne auf und kann es sich auch richtig gemütlich machen. Das reichhaltige Frühstück kann man bei schönem Wetter auch auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Beim Abendessen bleiben keine Wünche unerfüllt. Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung gibt es für große und kleine Gäste. Besonders die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder habe ich noch nirgendwo sonst in dieser Art erlebt.
Die Lage zwischne Kitzbühel und St. Johann bietet für alle Wünsche etwas. Ob zum Bummeln oder für einen Ausflug in die Berge, alle Ziele sind schnell angesteuert. Das Hotel selbst liegt aber sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Oberndorf.
Das Personal ist SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service beim Essen ist aufmerksam und schnell. Sollte man tatsächlich einmal einen außergewöhnlichen Wunsch haben, wird alles nach Möglichkeit gleich erledigt. Auch im Krankheitsfall (haben wir schon erlebt) gibt es auch mitten in der Nacht schnelle Hilfe. Wer Ratschläge braucht für sein Tagesprogramm bekommt hier nicht nur Karten ausgeliehen sondern auch viele Wertvolle Vorschläge und Tipps. Die geführten Wanderungen sind jedesmal ein besonderes Erlebnis.
Im freundlich eingerichteten Speiseraum mit anschließendem Wintergarten gibt es außer einem sehr abwechslungsreichen Frühstücksbuffet ein ausgezeichnetes Abendessen. Sollte jemand wirklich mit der normalen Portion nicht satt werden, erhält man selbsverständlich auch noch einen Nachschlag. Besonders lecker sind auch die Desserts. Alkoholfreie Getränke zum Essen stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung, genauso wie am Nachmittag Kaffe oder Tee sowie den ganzen Tag über frisches Wasser.
Im sehr sauberen Pool kann man bei jedem Wetter seinem Badevergnügen nachgehen, denn an kühleren oder regenerischen Tagen wird das Panoramadach geschlossen. Auf der Liegewiese stehen natürlich auch Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz mit Trampolin und im Haus eine extra Spielezimmer z.B. mit einem Kleiderfundus zum Verkleiden. Wer keine Halbpension gebucht hat, kann sich sein Abendessen am Grillplatz auch selbst zubereiten. Das nötige Grillwerkzeug wird natürlich gestellt. Für Erwachsene steht außer dem Pool noch die Sauna zur Verfügung und verschiedene Wellnessangebote können zugebucht werden. Internetzugang gibt es kostenlos in der Hotelhalle und im Tanzsaal. Besonders toll ist das große Angebot an Tanzfreizeiten in einem wirklich großen Saal mit Parkettboden.
Die geräumigen Zimmer mit Balkon sind besonders schön einegrichtet mit viel naturbelassenem Holz, Salzlampen und kleinen Dekorationsstücken. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen für Hotelverhältnisse großen Fernseher. Aus den Ferienwohnungen möchte man am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausziehen.

“Excellent hotel, calme, silencieux, avec un accueil impeccable”
Très bon hôtel, calme et silencieux qui propose des chambres spacieuses et claires, bien équipées, un grand hall de réception avec cheminée et tables de réunio, une salle de jeux pour les petits, une grande salle de loisirs avec tennis de table, baby foot, billard, un local chauffé pour ranger les skis et les chaussures TV. L'hôtel n'assure pas la restauration du midi et du soir. Le village comporte une dizaine de restaurants à des prix varialbes et à la cuisine diverses. Par contre le petit-dejeuner pris en libre-service dans une grande salle décorée avec goût et donnant sur la vallée, est somptueux. Le personnel est très agréable, disponible et discret. Les propriétiaires Alexia et Anna se mettent en 4 pour servir le client. Très sympathiques elles parlent outre l'allemand, l'anglais et le français.
Je passe avec ma famille les vacances de février depuis 13 ans dans cet hôtel, la réservation est déja faite pour février 2013.

Wonderful place, wonderful people
We have stayed at the Rosenhof for three consecutive summers. Each time we have loved the bright, clean feeling inside the hotel, the warmth and friendliness of the host family and staff, the recreational facilities and the vivid scenery and beautiful forest-purified mountain air. And the breakfasts and weekly barbecue. The children absolutely want to go back again. There is endless interest and fun to find in the region, whatever the weather. Thank you Alexa, Anna and Oma
