Description

Holidayhome Jivka in the Giant Mountains, North East Bohemia , Czech Republic. For winter sports and summer holiday. Large 9 person detached house. Completely renovated in 2000. 3 bedrooms.

Detailed description:

The living room
The spacious living room has a warm, cosy atmosphere with leather
seating, carved woodwork, 5 double windows and a terrific stove. There are baby chairs and childrens seats available. Also CDplayer, cassettedeck, radio and TV with e. . Eurosport. A library with more than 100 books provides entertainment for a lazy day.
The kitchen
The kitchen is considered by guests to be more than sufficient.
There is a cooker with 4 hotplates, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and a hot water kettle. Pots, pans, cutlery and crockery have been recently purchased and are present in sufficient numbers.
The bathroom
The bathroom contains a washing machine, shower, toilet and sink.
The bedrooms
Stairs lead to a landing where 3 bedrooms are situated. The major
bedroom has a double bed and a cot, and the other bedrooms have 3 single beds each. For every bed there are 2 quilts available. All
bedrooms are heated.

The surroundings
In the near vicinity, within walking distance, you can find a lake for
swimming and fishing. Also close-by are a swimming pool, tennis courts and excellent trekking and cycling possibilities. Within a distance of 35 km are: a zoo/safari park, horse riding, golf, cable cars, ski slopes, castles, monastery, windsurfing, bowling and a large lake. Prague is within easy reach. Shops can be found in a shopping centre in Trutnov, while smaller shopping can be done in Jivka. Jivka has 2 restaurants where you can eat for less than 5 euro,-.
