The appartment is in the center of Oberstaufen, close to the pedestrian zone. You don't have to walk far to reach the shops and restaurants, as well as the massage centers, doctors and dialysis centers (for the visitors to Oberstaufen for health reasons). The appartment is also idealy situated for summer and winter sports; walking, swimming, sailing, tennis, golf, downhill and cross-country skiing. A lot of the walking routes are easy to reach without the car. To the nearest skiing route and to Aquaria water world is only 7 minutes walk away. Outdoor and indoor tennis courts can be reached in a couple of minutes in the car.
In the evenings you have a wide choice of restaurants, bars and discos to choose from.
The appartment consists of 2½ rooms with 43 m².

Description of the area:

In Oberstaufen, people still live in harmony with nature, its interesting features, its beauty and, above all, its seasons. Taking pleasure in the beauty of a cultivated landscape considerately is also a form of active preservation of nature.

The present trend is “ back to nature”. The flora and fauna of the Allgäu can be experienced on foot, while skiing or by (mountain) bike. For hikers, the holiday region Oberstaufen offers approximately 250 kilometres of hiking paths. Cosy inns and mountain huts invite to take a rest. Cable cars take you up to the starting points of numerous hiking routes, e. . on the 1833-metre-high Hochgrat, the local mountain of Oberstaufen. For mountain bikers, various tour proposals with different levels of difficulty are offered.
