House 1 consists of one bedroom with double bed, living room with integrated kitchen, satellite TV, Internet connection, a full bathroom with shower, and a small terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

The House is located in Arico, southwest Tenerife. The two houses are located on top of a 14.000 m2 property and surrounded by vineyards and more than 100 fruit trees, providing a private and exclusive space amidst nature.
The property is an organic farm, and its produce, fruits and vegetables are at guests' disposal.
The common areas offer a heated swimming pool treated with ecological products. Guests can also enjoy a large garden with BBQ, appropriate furniture and a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea.
