DALARNA - Lake front, Lake view, Boat & Private Beach, Sauna, Excellent swimming, good fishing opportunities. Quiet location in forested area.
Detailed description:
Gorgeously located cottage, directly on the lake of Nissangen, 15 km from the centre of Malung, 320 km NW of Stockholm.
Enter the lake for swimming directly from the plot; the nearby sand beach is perfect for small children. Spacious sun deck facing south and west, offering a 180 degree view of the lake with opportunities to supervise any swimming children.
The cottage is charmingly primitive - there is no electricity. Lighting comes from candles and oil lamps. Drinking water is collected from a well on the lot.
The living-room has a fireplace; the dining table is placed by a large set of windows facing the lake. In the back of the room is one double bed (2 beds).
The bedroom has two bunk beds of the old Dalecarlian type, in total four (4 x 80 cm) beds. Additional twin beds (2 x 80 cm) is available in a small (6 m2) bedroom in the boathouse building.
The kitchen, lacking running water, is equipped with wood stove, LPG stove & oven and LPG fridge.
A loghouse directly on the beach contains a woodfired sauna and a relax room with spectacular views over the lake along with a sundeck in two levels and a connecting pier into the lake.
The boathouse contains woodshed, row-boat and two bicycles.

Das Fischen war genial - das findet man in Deutschland nicht
Es kommt schon etwas Wehmut auf, wenn wir an die zurückliegenden zwei Wochen denken. Die Ruhe, die Beschaulichkeit, das Beschäftigen mit den einfachen und doch so wichtigen Dingen, wie Feuermachen, Holzhacken, Holzscheite auffüllen, Wasser holen, Wasser warmmachen. Keine Mails, kein Facebook, keine Nachrichten – nein, einfach nur leben.
Das Fischen war genial, das findet man in Deutschland nicht. Empfehlung: Im Fluss Sångån auf Hecht gehen. Mit der 8er Fliegenrute hab ich einen Hecht mit 99cm gefangen, einfach nur geil!!
Das abendliche Fischen im Västerdalälven war eine sehr schöne Erfahrung, die intensiven Farben der Bachforellen, das Kranichpaar, die tieffliegenden Möwen, die schlüpfenden Eintagsfliegen – dafür kann man schnonmal ein paar Mücken und Knots-Attacken hinnehmen.

Der laaaange Weg aus Deutschlands Süden hat sich gelohnt
Der laaaange Weg aus Deutschlands Süden hat sich gelohnt: herrlich unverplante, entspannte Wochen konnten wir hier genießen. Mal rudern und angeln, bisschen wandern, Kanu fahren, sonnen, lesen und auf den See oder zu den Wolken kucken. Abends die Sauna anheizen und den Mücken entkommen. QUIET and PEACEFUL

Thanks for our stay at this wonderful place lake Nissången. We knew what to expect from the internet but the reality is even better than the photos! We loved the place from the very first moment! It´s so quiet! It is much better than we ever could imagine! We enjoyed to go with the boats. The cosiness with your Husqvarna kitchen stove created a nice athmospere, and kept us warm in the evening. We loved to bath in the lake, to sit in front of the sauna oven, or to enjoy the many terraces. The house is nice. The lake is turning its face every day its very special! The house is very proper, including lots of handicrafts to make it so nice! We hope to be back soon!

Unser erster Schweden urlaub war einfach genial. Der Platz am Nissången See ist wunderschön einfach zum Entspannen. Die Sauna ist ein Traum. Wir haben vor nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

QUIET, CLOSE TO NATURE, MAGNIFICENT LAKE VIEW
Our stay was really great. There was no sound at all, no cars, no other sounds. Only the sound of wind, water and birds. Our stay was a true relief. We really enjoyed ourselves sitting by the lake with that magnificent view. We already think about coming back.

We have been in Sweden many times. This is one of the best places we have stayed at. Most positive is the beautiful area and the sauna. The house is also beautifully furnished.
