Our comfortable and cozy apartment **** (for up to 4 pers.) Resides in sunny southern exposure and was completely refurbished in 2005. We offer exclusive facilities to include private seat Jacuzzi with a shower, its own fireplace (with Ethanolfeuerung), own small 'Kneipp' foot spa, typical Bavarian bedroom with double bed & canopy, several TVs with DVD players and VCRs, stereo, board games, various books, various videos and DVDs, modern and fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, separate fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee / and Senseo machine, corridor / hallway with additional small seating area and a typical dresser and a well furnished and spacious south-facing balcony overlooking the mountain and the Staufner Hochgrat. In addition, a ski and bicycle storage and a drying room with coin operated washing machine & dryer are in the house. Parking (see packet) and playground directly behind the house. Very quiet yet very central location right on the edge of nature! Cycling and walking, Nordic walking routes and trails directly behind the house!

Save & Recover on holiday - All-Inclusive: have to get a feel for what a huge saving is involved, we prepared a small bill, which was true as in the past to many people (example: stay 1 week 2 adults and one child, a): 1x mountain descent with the Hochgratbahn, 1 with the Hündlebahn, 1 with the Imbergbahn, 3x 2 hours in the adventure Aquaria, 1 Museum. 1x mini-golf, high ropes 1x, 1x tobogganing, 4x drives with the guest bus. For these services you would have to pay a price greater than 250.00 EUR! For a seven-day ski pass you would have otherwise even pay extra for about 354.00 EUR (for example, also for two adults and one child). We are both complete pass, the Oberstaufner lifts and all other services described above (and even then some) already included in the price - as often and as long as you want! Walking, Nordic Walking and Recreation: A (!!!) about 300km long network of paths with different difficulty levels, invites one to short walks and adventurous hiking and mountain tours through the beautiful alpine landscape. The various tours (including experience, premium and theme trails, such as a chapel trail) inspire with a great view (from the Lake Constance), beautiful nature (including falls), and a variety of protected alpine flowers. The highest and most prominent mountain in the Nagelfluhkette Hochgrat with its 1883m. In Oberstaufen / Steibis Germany's largest Nordic walking park has opened. At about 89 kilometers you are 12 routes with three different levels of difficulty. After a strenuous hike to visit the Adventure & Lifestyle Bathroom Aquaria is directly recommended in Oberstaufen. The bathroom has inter alia to offer a 1000 square meters of water area, an impressive sauna and spa world, a peak with a mountain view sauna, water jets and several hot tubs.

Just minutes away from your home, for example, the famous ski resort of Oberstaufen / Steibis with the ski area (about 860-1.880m is high)

Here is the largest contiguous alpine area in Germany. Both as a stunning mountain resort as well as excellent skiing and winter sports area Oberstaufen one of the top addresses in Germany! The ski areas of Oberstaufen are a thing of the finest and most snow coalfields. The Wellness & adventure Aquaria, downtown and the park and several restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes Oberstaufen is also distinguished by its ideal location from: Oberstdorf, Kleinwalsertal, the city of Munich, the musical city of Stuttgart, the royal palaces, the island of Mainau, Germany's most visited amusement park: Legoland and many other popular destinations are reached from Oberstaufen quickly and easily.

Erholsame Urlaubszeit
Sehr ruhige Lage. Alles vorhanden was erforderlich ist um eine erholsame Zeit zu verbringen. Schlüsselübergabe wie vorher vereinbart. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und es war alles da was gebraucht wurde. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

Oberstaufen und Oberstaufen Plus Ferienwohnung Bergblick - Jederzeit wieder
All-Inklusive (durch Oberstaufen Plus). Wenn wir das hören, denken wir entweder an Billigurlaub am Mittelmeer oder an irgendeinem Nepp. Hier trifft beides nicht zu. Glücklicherweise. Es war tatsächlich alles gratis und vollkommen problemlos nutzbar, was hier auch angegeben wird. Das große Thermal-Schwimmbad Aquaria mit der Saunalandschaft in Oberstaufen, die Sommerrodelbahn, der Hochseilgarten, die Buslinie im Ort und zu mehreren Nachbardörfern (u.a. nach Steibis und Thalkirchdorf), alle wichtigen Bergbahnen (Hochgrat, Imberg und Hündle), das Heimatmuseum und sogar diverse öffentliche Parkplätze. Ein paar weitere Sachen sind wohl auch noch umsonst, mehr haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Auch so sind wir - Ehepaar mit zwei Kindern - absolut auf unsere Kosten gekommen. Begeistert waren natürlich meine beide Männer, dass nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt Kalle Riedle ein Hotel mit Fußballschule hat. In diesem Jahr waren wohl sogar zwei Bundesligamannschaften (1860 München und Nürnberg) im Trainingslager dort, wir mir "Ahnungslose" gesagt wurde. :-) Ein Ausflug führte uns an den Bodensee, ein anderer ins Kleinwalstertal. Ansonsten haben wir die tolle Landschaft in und um Oberstaufen erkundet. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls toll. Alles sehr neu und sauber. Besonders das Badezimmer war eine Wucht, mit der imposanten Dampfdusche. Da es zwei Fernseher und allerlei Extras - wie eine Wii, diverse DVDs und Spiele - gab, konnten wir auch die beiden Regentage gut in der Wohnung überbrücken ohne das es Strei gab. Das Schlafsofa ist übrigens sehr bequem und recht groß, sodass unsere beiden Kinder (12 und 14) dort sehr gut schlafen konnten. Eins noch zum Schluss: sehr zur Erholung beigetragen hat die sehr ruhige Lage. Dennoch ist man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Supermärkte und Restaurans sowie den Kurpark erreicht man sogar noch eher. Tipp: das Restaurant Kuhstall in Oberstaufen. Günstige Preise, sehr gutes Essen und unheimlich urig - da in einem alten, umgebauten Kuhstall.

Auch wir freuen uns sehr darüber, dass wir unseren Gästen durch das Oberstaufen Plus Angebot diverse Leistungen vollkommen gratis anbieten können. Seit kurzem können Sie übrigens auch an verschiedenen öffentlichen Plätzen (Tourismuszentrale, Bergbahnen, Aquaria Schwimmbad sowie im Kurparkhaus im Oberstaufner Kurpark) vollkommen kostenlos und unbegrenzt mittels W-LAN im Internet surfen. Wie Sie ebenfalls erwähnt haben, ist es uns darüber hinaus wichtig, unseren Gästen auch in der Fewo zahlreiche "Extras" zur Verfügung zu stellen, die ansonsten in Ferienwohnungen eher die Ausnahme sind, wie eben die Dampfdusche, eine DVD-Sammlung, die Nintendo-Wii mit Wii-Fit Balance Board und diversen Spielen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie bald erneut als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen. P.S. ab sofort bieten wir unseren Gästen verschiedene Neuerungen. So können Sie auf Wunsch eine Schrothkurverpflegung (ersetzt Vollpension) für 25,00 EUR pro Person und Tag hinzubuchen. Die Mahlzeiten werden dabei in einem Hotel eingenommen, das sich nur ca. 4 Gehminuten von Ihrer Ferienwohnung entfernt befindet. Wer mag, kann dort zudem weitere Leistungen (geführte Wanderungen, Entschlackungs- und Wellnessanwendungen, Packungen, Schrothwein, etc.) in Anspruch nehmen. Zudem kooperieren wir seit kurzem mit der Fußballschule von Fußballweltmeister Karl-Heinz Riedle, die ebenfalls nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, dass Sie als Familie ganz normal bei uns wohnen und Ihr Sohn oder Ihre Tochter an den Trainingseinheiten im Camp teilnimmt. Weitere Einzelheiten und Termine teilen wir interessierten Gästen gerne auf Anfrage mit. Außerdem gilt ab kommenden Herbst (voraussichtlich ab November) eine weitere Neuerung: so bekommen unsere Gäste ab dann in einem örtlichen Restaurant die Vorspeise gratis !!
