The completely furnished villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, office with internet connection, living room, dining room, washing room and garage. For entertainment, there are 3 televisions, DVD player and stereo. By the large pool and the whirlpool you can go swimming and relax, furthermore, you can enjoy stunning sunsets while grilling during the evening. The recreational options in the region are very diverse: golf, boat tours, fishing, hiking, beach from Cape Coral, water park. Restaurants and different shopping facilities like supermarkets can be reached between 5 and 10 minutes. The closest outlet center is about 35 minutes away. Ft. Myers Beach or the dream island of Sanibel and Captiva Island can be reached in about 30 minutes. Excursions to Miami and Orlando are possible

Self-caterers will find large supermarkets (Puplix, Target, etc.) nearby. Cape Coral is a true holiday paradise. Lingering on one of the countless white beaches or swimming in the Gulf of Mexico. Countless shops, shopping centers and outlets invite you to go shopping. Also, excursions to Miami, Orlando or the Everglades are available thanks to the central location of Cape Coral. Durch die zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage erreichen Sie Supermärkte und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten. Zum Sun-Splash-Waterpark sind es nur fünf Fahrminuten, und zum feinen weißen Sandstrand von Fort Myers Beach fahren Sie gerade mal 25 Minuten. Am bequemsten erreichen Sie die Villa Sunset Dream über den Internationalen Flughafen Fort Myers (Regional South West), der ab Düsseldorf direkt angeflogen wird. Mit dem Mietwagen sind es dann nur 30 Minuten zum Objekt!
