The studio apartment is 30 square meters big, it has a double bed, SAT-TV, toilet, a small kitchenette and a terrace with a beautiful seaview. It offers room for up to 2 people

The Villa is very well situated. The closest beach is only 300 metres away, and easily accesible on foot. A big supermarket and a shopping mall are also in the close vicinity. The city core is approximately 2 km away, and can be reached on foot in ca. 20 minutes, or by bus (which circles every 10 minutes) in 15 minutes.
