Detailed description:

Master Bedroom/Bathroom is located on upper floor and has a king-size teak bed, large wardrobes, a free standing bathtub and separate rainshower and toilet areas.
A large terrace adjoins the Master Bedroom, all doors/windows are large and allow maximum air/wind circulation. Ceiling fans in Master and on terrace.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 on groundfloor have a typical Thai teak bed and antik balinese bed resp. and built-in wardrobes, both have their own toilet area with outdoor showers.
There is another separate building with one room and ensuite but we want to offer this room as 4th bedroom in special cases only since the villa is made-up for 6 persons.
All rooms have aircon and ceiling fans.
There is a generous Europe kitchen just beside the dining area with access to the garden and carpark.
A large hardwood deck frames the salt chlorinated 44m2 large pool and invites to sunbath or dine under the stars. The pavillion (Sala) has a large L-shape sofa and gives you the shade you might want from time to time, a ceiling fan assists in case the wind isn't strong enough to cool you down.
The tropical garden and villa sit on a 900m2 large plot of land and gives you all privacy you wish to have, the back of the lands is bordered by a large waterlily pond.
The villa has a maid's quarter as well, alarm system, autogate and carpark.

Description of the area:

Villa is located in a small road, area is quiet and safe, neighboorhood mostly residential although we have a B&B (Baan Chang) opposite our villa and a small villa resort (Seastone Villas) as a neighbor. Other resorts close-by are Two Villas Tara and Luna, Laguna Holiday Village is 1km away from us. There are a few local restaurants nearby as well as a Minimart.
Beach: Layan beach 3.4 km, Layan beach is the quiet northern part of the popular Bangtao beach and less exposed to larger waves than the other areas of the bay
Golf: Laguna Golf Course 5 km, Blue Canyon Golf Course 16 km
