Dieses moderne , im Jahre 2010 aufgebaute Luxushaus mit geschmackvollen Einrichtungen wartet besonders auf die Gäste mit Familie. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Appartement mit 3 Zimmern (n ein Badezimmer, eine Dusche, eine Küche , drei Schlafzimmer ) mit Terasse , für 6 Personen. Hier ist noch ein Einzelzimmer mit Dusche für 1 oder 2 Personen. Im zweiten Stock gibt es einen 100 m2 Wohnungsteil mit 2 Schlafzimmern, mit Küche, Dusche und zwei Dachterassen mit Panorama. Dieser Wohnungsteil ist für 4 - 7 Personen zu mieten. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Man kann natürlich die beiden Stockwerke zusammen Maximum für 13 Personen mieten. Die Stockwerke sind auch einzeln zu vermieten. Parkplatz ist im Hof. Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen stehen unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
