TYPE A: holiday apartments (42m²-47m²) for 2–4 people equipped as follows:
•Kitchen-cum-living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, Internet access and a fully equipped cooking area (microwave, glass ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes)
•Bedroom with double bed and safe
•Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and floor heating
•southward balcony (or terrace) that offers a magnificent view of the skiing area “Kronplatz” and the surroundings
•the furniture is mostly made of solid wood (adequate for those who suffer from allergies)
•Bed linen and towels are available

TYPE B: holiday apartment (58m²) for 2–6 people equipped as follows:

•Bedroom with a queen-size bed

TYPE C:holiday apartment (96m²) for 4–7 people equipped as follows: (on 2 floors)

•a big living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, a dining table and a southward terrace that offers a magnificent view of the skiing area “Kronplatz” and the surroundings
•a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, glass ceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes)
•a small bathroom

1. floor:
•two bedrooms with double beds, safe and a southward balcony
•bathroom with corner bathtub, shower, WC, bidet and floor heating
•bed linen and towels are available

How to find us:

By car
The fastest way to reach us is the ´Brennerautobahn‘ (motorway of the Brenner Pass Brennero – Modena). Take the exit ´Brixen/Bruneck´ and drive through the ´Pustertal‘ (valley in the east of South Tyrol between Mühlbach and Austria) to Percha/Perca. Just before Percha/Perca turn left. After 200 meters you will find the Residence Sonnblick***.

If you come from the direction Lienz/Innichen (e.g. Tauern – motorway) turn just after Percha/Perca right. After 200 meters you will find the Residence Sonnblick***.
