Detailed description:

This holiday cottage is set on the edge of the large sunny vineyard of Quinta das Vinhas, with views to the sea beyond.

It accommodates 2 adults and up to 2 children. It has a bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, full bathroom and terrace. There is also a swimming pool!

There is a footpath through the vines that connects the Main House of Quinta das Vinhas with the cottage.

Although just 35 minutes from the main city, Funchal, Quinta das Vinhas is a whole world away!

At this property there are 14 cottages dotted around the swimming pool, sleeping 2 adults and up 2 to children.

Each cottage has a bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and terrace. Some of the cottages have the bedroom open as a “mezzanine” onto the sitting room, others have a bedroom completely separate from the sitting room.

Description of the area:

The garden is ideal to spend your days relaxing as it is full of tropical plants and fruit. There are always flowers in bloom: bright blue African Lily, creamy Daturas, flaming Strelizias or romantic pink of the Lagerstromia Indica.

The tulip tree delights children with its long branches.

The courtyard with Oak trees is ideal for drinking your appetizer and the outdoor swimming pool is very welcoming after spending the day walking in the countryside or for merely absorbing the relaxing sun.

Guests are invited to walk through the vineyards and, if they wish, partake in the grape gathering.
