Detailed description:

Our Holiday home is suiteble for 6 persons, on large pieces of land(750sqm) with direct access to boating-, fishing- and swimming water. You can use your own jetty with ladder.

You can discover Friesland from the water in both our Maril launch and our Wilhelmina cabin saloon launch. Can you imagine anything greater than making lovely trips, and discovering the old villages and historical towns of Friesland?

Do you like the beach? In our holiday home you are on the first rank. The IJsselmeer-beaches are only 300 metres away. They are great for walking, (kite)surfing, flying kites, swimming, or simply enjoying the sun.

The holiday home has two parking spaces. The children will find a lovely new playground close-by.

50 metres from your home, you will find an excellent restaurant, which opens daily in the summer. In 250 metres, you will find a supermarket, where you can get fresh, warm rolls and the news paper every morning.

Description of the area:

The home has two terraces, where you can enjoy the lovely view and soak up the sun. Because the Waterpark is peaceful, you will see many water- and meadow birds.

Naturally, there is ample garden furniture available for you to relax in.

Pets are welcome.

Wireless internet is available in your holiday home.

Upon arrival, your holiday home is clean and the beds are already made. My husband and I will personally welcome you.

Workum, the oldest city of the 11 Frisian cities, is a beautiful base to enjoy everything the province Friesland has to offer.

The bungalow is located directly at the water on a large piece of land. There is a private jetty. The quality of the water is excellent. You’ ll love fishing and swimming in it. Because of the peacefulness of the park, you will see many water and meadow birds.

Strong swimming steps are present. The home holds two terraces. You will find a hardwood garden set, complete with cushions and parasol.

Leisure activities:

The villapark is focused on water and watersports. Alle different aspects are present. From swimming, flying kites, (kite)surfing on the IJsselmeer, at approximately 300 metres, to sailing the IJsselmeer. Because Friesland has so much water, it is great to discover Friesland from the water. With one of our boats, you will go through narrow and wide ditches and canals to one of many towns and villages. How about a daytrip to Hindeloopen? The First Frisian Skatingmuseum is a must-see.

How to find us:

From Arnhem:

A50 towards Zwolle. At Zwolle, follow N50 to Kampen and Emmeloord. Take exit ‘ Lemmer / Balk’. Head towards Bolsward on the N359. Follow this road until Hindeloopen. Take exit ‘. ndeloopen’ and take the first right (Lange Laene).

Follow this road until Workum. Here, go left, crossing the bridge. Follow the road, and the signs ‘ Hachthaven It Soal’, which is located on the Suderselaene. The route is the same for Waterpark It Soal. Ring us when you arrive at the waterpark, we will come to let you onto the premises.

From Groningen:

Via Drachten, Joure and Sneek towards Bolsward. At Bolsward, turn to the N359 towards Workum. Take exit ‘ orkum’ and keep going straight. U will drive through the historical centre of Workum.

At the end turn right. Follow the signs: Jachthaven It Soal;, which is located on the Suderselaene. The route is the same for Waterpark It Soal. Ring us when you arrive.
