Description of the area:

Mouans Sartoux is a small old village located between the Mediterranean and the Alps. There are tourist attractions such as 15th century church, a town square with lots of cafes, fountains, a townhall, 15th century castle surrounded by a beautiful park, a 2 hectare botanic garden (Les Jardins du Musee International de la Parfumerie), and a museum. There is a market every Tuesday and Thursday. The village of Mouans Sartoux hosts numerous festivals all year round. There is a cinema, shops, pharmacies, beauty parlour, train station, buses, and supermarkets. There is a golf course 1 km away from the centre.

The house is located 3 minutes from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
