This apartment offers a nice and comfortable , a fully equipped, nicely decorated kitchen, one double bedroom, one bathroom/toilet and a charming patio surrounded by the garden, also equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Private car park available next to the house.
Strategically positioned at 15 min walk either from the beaches and downtown. A pedestrian way passing by the house and following the river allows the guests to skip the main road to reach the beaches. Bikes provided by the landlady for to easily circulate around the village area. A handy bus service into town is also available at 5 min. walk from the apartment.

Convenient location either to reach the beach and the hilly countryside, so rich in naturalistic and cultural itineraries.
Chiavari and its coast also offers a variety of interesting events to enjoy your holidays. Bikes provided by the landlady for to easily circulate around the village area.
