Detailed description:

Appartment has 120 squere meters. There are four sleeping rooms, three double bedrooms and one for three persons. All rooms have a balcony which is along the house, with the great total view to the sea and islands Krk and Cres, because the house is on the terrain above the sea.
House has a kitchen, eating room, toilet/bathroom and separate toilet/shower. Each room with the SAT/TV.
There is a big terrase with a long table and grill-place in the garden, with eating places under the kiwis and grapes. Palm trees, mimosas, lemons and kiwis are in the garden around the house. Private big parking under the house.

Description of the area:

The house is 300 m walking distance from the beach, only across the local street. Beach is on the stones, with beton platoes, with totaly clear water. There are more beaches on the walking distance.
The first shop is 1,5 km from the house, in the small village Icici, or another big shop BILLA, 2 km by car. Lidl at 4 km.
