Detailed description:

Our B&B is located in the very heart of Venice at Calle Lunga San Barnaba, just 15 minutes walking from St. Mark Square and Rialto Bridge. The rooms are elegant, cosy and air-conditioned, all have bathrooms, and have been recently refurbished. At the groundfloor there is an oriental style tea-room and a nice garden with jasmine, wistaria and camellias.
The owners have lived for long time in Japan and China and want to make known to the guests the philosophy and the very healthy features of tea, which can be savoured in a relaxing and friendly environment reading books about Asia and other countries, and listening to western and oriental classic music.

We are very close to Accademia Gallery and Campo Santa Margherita. Dorsoduro is one the best area of Venice.

How to find us:

The B&B is easy to reach because it is well served by public transport. Whether you are arriving from the Piazzale Roma (car and bus terminal), or from the railway station, take the waterbus (Vaporetto) no. (runs every 10 mins.) and get off at "Ca' Rezzonico" stop. Then you walk straight on for a 2 min., without crossing any bridge, to Calle Lunga San Barnaba No. 2727A.
From Tronchetto car parking place take the waterbus No. 2 and you get off at "Zattere" stop and you go on for about 5 min. on foot (see the map).
From Marco Polo Airport take the bus to Piazzale Roma and then waterbus No. 1.
