This comfortable 70 m2 attic (recent extension) in a self contained country-house is situated in a quiet spot East of Munich. The large hall before you enter can be used as living room. There are 2 bedrooms (double bed / 2 single beds), a spacious shower-bath and a living room with a modern fitted kitchen, integrated in the living room.

Description of the area:

The house is situated in a quiet, country-like village South of the B304. Munich is only 25 minutes away (by S-Bahn. Distance to the station 1.2km. Trains run every 20 minutes). Distance to the Trade Fair complex: 20km, to the airport 37km.

The village of Ilching is surrounded by meadows, pastures, fields and huge stretches of forest (e. . B. Ebersberger Forst). This means that there are plenty of hiking / biking trails in the vicinity starting literally on your doorstep.



Excellent departure point for excursions by car or by bike to the Alpine foothills and to the Bavarian and Austrian Alps. The same goes for cities like Munich, Grafing, Rosenheim, Wasserburg, Innsbruck und Salzburg.

Cycling and hiking, using the S-Bahn connections, if need be. Swimming in natural lakes, indoor swimming pool in Kirchseeon or thermal baths in Erding. Jogging and Nordic Walking.

How to find us:

From Munich (motorway ring road), you exit the A99 at Haar and take the B 304 direction Wasserburg/Ebersberg. 8.5 km further on, you will get to a place called Eglharting. Just after the Jet-petrol station, you turn left into Bucher Straße which, 300m further on (always straight on) will change its name to "Ilchinger Straße". Continue for approx. 1 km on a small sealed road to Ilching. There you will find us in the 2nd house on the left.
