Description of the area:

The house is situated in a rural-quiet "Weiler" in the south of B 304. You can reach Munique in 25 min. with the city railroad (distance to the Sta. 1. 5 kms; 20min tact). To the fair of Munich are 20 kms, to the airport 37 km. Excellent holiday possibilities by car or bicycle exist in the nearby foothills of the Alps rich in lakes. To nightmares as well as the towns of Munich, Rosenheim, Erding (modern Therme), water castle, Innsbruck and Salzburg. Bicycle tours and wanderings starting directly from our house!

How to find us:

The apartment is situated in the north edge of the "Weiler Ilching", town Kirchseeon, with few residential buildings, a farm and a rider's court. From Munich (motorway circuit) coming leave the A 99 in the exit "HAAR" and turns into the B 304 in direction "WASSERBURG/EBERSBERG". After 8. 5 kms you reache the town "Eglharting". After the JET gas station turn right in the "Bucherstreet"and drive further straight ahead(Ilchinger street!)drive 1. 3 kms to ILCHING. There it is the 2nd house on the left!
