VERANDA-apartment**** (62m²). May I present myself: you can book me for 2-4 persons. I have my own ground level entrance and a partially covered terrace with tables and chairs, barbecue, and all this with a stunning view thrown in. Fully equipped fitted kitchen with cutlery and crockery, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, cooker, oven and cosy corner bench.


1 double room, 1 lounge all in wood, SAT-TV, radio/CD, safe. The living room can sleep a 3rd and 4th person (size of bed 2 x 90 x 200 cm). Wardrobe and plenty of storage room, with linen provided, of course. Bathroom with bathtub, (shower wall), wash basin, WC, hair dryer and washing machine… all you need to spend a great relaxing holiday.

Sautens is the first holiday village in the beautiful mountain ranges of the Oetztal, away from the through road. Above the village lies our holiday farm Haderlehn surrounded by pastures and fields with forests nearby. It’ s a quiet spot, perfect for spending a few relaxing days or weeks. Peace and quiet and yet plenty of possibilities for leisure activities close by, is there any better way to spend a holiday? From easy walks right through to demanding climbs; skiing in breathtaking winter sports regions such as Hochötz, Kühtai or Sölden. Sports activities such as canyoning and rafting, local festivals and events, leisurely walks, cultural events, visits to museums and so much more to make your holiday complete. You will be well looked after!

- Ötztal (no toll stickers needed to get here). On the A95 from Munich to Garmisch - Seefeld - Telfs (A12 ) direction Arlberg to exit Ötztal. On the A8 from Munich to Rosenheim (A93) to Kufstein (A12) via Innsbruck direction Arlberg to exit Ötztal. By car from France/Switzerland Feldkirch - Arlberg - Landeck (A12) via Imst to exit Ötztal. Upon entering the Ötztal (valley) drive on until you see the place name sign for SAUTENS, then turn right over the bridge – follow the signposts HADERLEHN - Haderlehnerstraße. Our holiday farm in Haderlehn (just above Sautens) is the first house to your left. Welcome… you have made it!
