Detailed description:

Our RUSTIKAL-apartment can sleep 10 people (170m²). It has its own ground level entrance and two floors. Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, 5-flame gas stove, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, mixer, cutting machine) with corner table. Large room with dining table and fireplace; wood panelling in the lounge, SAT-TV, radio/CD; toilet and urinal. On the first floor: 2 double rooms and 2 bedrooms with 3 beds each (complete with linen). All bedrooms have a wash basin, 1 bathroom and shower room with WC. Our heated pool can be used from mid May to mid September.

Sautens is the first holiday village in the mountain ranges of the Oetztal, away from the through road. Above the village lies our holiday farm Haderlehn surrounded by pastures and fields with forests nearby. It’ s a quiet spot, perfect for spending a few relaxing days or weeks. Peace and quiet and yet plenty of possibilities for leisure activities close by, is there any better way to spend a holiday? From easy walks right through to demanding climbs; skiing in breathtaking winter sports regions, other sports activities such as canyoning and rafting, local festivals and events, leisurely walks, cultural events, visits to museums and so much more to make your holiday complete. You will be well looked after!

On the A7 from Ulm - Füssen - Reutte (B314) via the Fernpass to Imst
- Ötztal (no toll stickers needed to get here). On the A95 from Munich to Garmisch - Seefeld - Telfs (A12 ) direction Arlberg to exit Ötztal. On the A8 from Munich to Rosenheim (A93) to Kufstein (A12) via Innsbruck direction Arlberg to exit Ötztal.
By car from France/Switzerland Feldkirch - Arlberg - Landeck (A12) via Imst to exit Ötztal. Upon entering the Ötztal (valley) drive on until you see the place name sign for SAUTENS, then turn right over the bridge – follow the signposts HADERLEHN - Haderlehnerstraße. Our holiday farm is in Haderlehn (just above Sautens): the first house on your left. Welcome… you have made it!
