The studio is newly furnished with all the amenities necessary for independent living and is also newly renovated. It includes also a spacious private terrace with external summer kitchen, barbeque and garden which is a great place to eat and relax during a summer day or night. In the garden, there are many mediterranean fruit trees, such as lemon, orange, appricot, pomigranate, grape, and medlar tree.

Description of the area:

The apartment is situated close to the Old Town of Dubrovnik- the main attraction of Dubrovnik (150 m away), in a residential and very green and quiet part of the town (Srednji Kono). Closeby there are a town's sandy beach, and a lot of rocky beaches ( 10 to 15 min walk from the apartment). Close to the apartment you can find supermarkets, discotheques, and all the points of turistical interest since the apartment is close to the Old Town with the view on the Old Town and the Adriatic sea. If you want to see the region, there are good connections by bus and farry-boat. You do have a city parking lot nearby. The area where the studio is placed is very quiet with a lot of cultivated gardens one of which is also your garden with orrange, lemon, apple, apricot, grape and pomigranate trees in it.

Cinema, Theatres, Museums in the Old Town- 10 min walk away from the appt., Horse riding, mountain climbing, jeep safari, and Vineyard road with dalmatian wines in the vicinity of Dubrovnik, half an hour by car.

If You decide to go by BUS from the Airport, these are the directions to get to our apartment from there:
Take the Airport BUS from the Airport to the Dubrovnik BUS main station. It is the only BUS going to Dubrovnik city center leaving every half an hour. When You get to the main bus station, you need to walk out of the station to the bus stop of the city bus No. 8 in the direction "Viktorija". The BUS No. 8 stop is about 10 min walk distance from the main bus station. Yours is the 8th BUS stop, and the apartment is about 5 min walk away from it.
