The old farmhouses Calabria, Zuccherini and Bandinelli are located in the heart of the “Maremma” (South-West Tuscany) at the foot of the beautiful country hills of Castiglione della Pescaia, which is endowed with clean sea and white sandy beaches.

Detailed description:

The farms have preserved all of their original architectural features. The interiors have been renovated in the typical Maremma style with old country furniture. In the outside there are spacious gardens.
Zuccherini and Casetta Bandinelli have each a large hall ideal for organising seminars , courses, parties and meetings for 40/50 people.
Each farm has a swimming pool for the guests.
Beyond the living rooms, there are also tables for eating outside in the shade.
Very near you can visit the wild Maremma Natural Park and just above the farms, one of the most important Etruscan city (Vetulonia). Also Roselle, an important Etruscan and Roman archaeological site, is very close.
You can also reach in one-to-two-hour drive historical cities such as Siena, Florence, Rome, Pisa and Lucca.
Moreover, the village of Braccagni, only 5 km away, offers all the service you might need such as food shops ,bank, chemistry, post office, etc.
