An architects dream house. Both the lounge and the American-style kitchen are wide-open spaces, which span two levels. The house has two terraces, of which one is a roof terrace about 85qm. It is a great place to catch the sunrise or later in the day to watch the ocean and even later the sunset. In front of the house you will find an exotic garden, full of subtropical flowers. The Casa Blanca and its neighbour Casa Nova share a laundry room, an unheated swimming pool and a furnished terrace.

Description of the area:

The house is in a quiet rural setting, but still only 3 km far from the town of Los Llanos. There is a big supermarket 'Dos Pinos' only 2 km away and good restaurants can be found within a 5 minute walk.
