Für die Schlafräume gibt es eine Klimaanlage,
Eine Gaszentralheizung ist auch vorhanden,

Das Fereinhaus liegt in der ruhigen Urbanisation Rustical Montroig, kein Durchgangsverkehr, Miami Playa ist 2 Km entfernt und Cambrils 8 Km, Sandstrände entlang der Küste in ca. 500m, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf dem Camping Montroig und La Torre del Sol, Restaurants sind ca. 500m entfernt und zu Fuß erreichbar, in Miami Playa sind sehr viele Restaurants und sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Samstag-Nachmittags ist Markt mit Obst und Gemüse sowie Textilien.
Der Freizeitpark Port Eventura ist ca. 20 Km entfernt mit Wasserrutschenpark und der Wasserrutschenpark mit Zoo und Delphinschau in La Pineda ist ca. 25 Km entfernt.
