The house is located in the district of Laneros / Pleubian within a group of fishermen's cottages, 50 m from the sea. All shops and restaurants are nearby (1-4 km). The remarkable Sand Bank "Sillon de Talbert is only 1 km away. The quaint port town Paimpol with its interesting weekly market is 9 km away. The following sights are definitely worth seeing: Brehat island (9 km) with its southern flora. The former bishop’s residence "Treguier" with its large church (8 km). Various castles (8-15 km). The pink granite coast at Ploumanach and Perros Guirec (12 km).
