Unser Haus liegt an einem Salzwasserkanal mit Traumaussicht im Südwesten Cape Coral`s,
d. h. man kann mit dem Boot direkt aufs Meer hinausfahren oder auf die Insel Sanibel.

DieGrundstücksgrösse beträgt ca. 1000 qm.

Das Haus hat ca. 150 qm und 40 qm überdachte Terrasse. Die Wohn- und Nutzfläche beträgt ca. 320 qm.

Der Pool ist 4,60 m x 9,20 m gross und hat eine Elektro- und eine Solarheizung.

Das Haus liegt ca.30 Min. vom Flughafen Fort Myers entfernt.
