Accommodation consists of 4
independent comfortable apartments fully renovated and furnished as
described below:

The LAUREL apartment consists of: fully equipped
kitchen, living room with double sofabed, large bedroom with one double
bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, large
balcony.

The BASIL apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen,
large bedroom with one double bed and one set of bunkbeds, bathroom
with shower.

The ROSEMARY apartment consists of: fully equipped
kitchen, large bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, bathroom
with shower.

The THYME apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen
with double sofabed, large bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with
shower, terrace with panoramic view of the historical centre.

All
apartments have their own central heating.

The Agriturismo also offers
its clients a laundry room with washing machine which is free of
charge.

Description of the area:

The area offers many possibilities for excursions at all levels, from relaxing country walks to more energetic trips in the mountains, where one can enjoy stunning views and be in contact with nature. Suggested routes are: Gouta ( m. 1.213 ) Margherita dei Boschi , the artificial lake of Tenarda. Mount Grai (m. 2.013), Mount Pietravecchia (m. 2.038 ), Mount Toraggio (m. 1.973 ) particularly interesting from a faunistic and botanical point of view. Mount Toraggio is connected to the area of Melosa (where one can practise cross country ski-ing) by way of “ The Alpine Path “ and “ The high road of the Ligurian Mountains . One can also travel along the crest of the border France – Italy, the territory is also well known for its considerable karst phenomenon with numerous grottos for lovers of speleology.
Stratigically Pigna is well placed. In 20 minutes one can reach the beaches of the “ Flower Riviera “ and also the Cote d’Azur (France ) , as can the alpine regions with their woodlands

Pigna is at 16 KM from the beach of Camporosso, european blue flag for its clean water
Pigna, an antique village, once owned by the house of Savoy, is of a concentric structure with areas of lanes around the “Piazza Castello “, the houses of which have decorated portals of sculpted slate. Next to the “ Piazza Vecchia “ there is the church of Saint Michael with its high bell tower, on the front of which there is a magnificent rose window dating back to 1450 with coeval glass, inside there is a polypttych of 38 sections, the work of Giovanni Canavesio (1500). The same painter painted in fresco, in 1482, on the church of Saint Bernard, located in the cemetery. He completed a cycle on the life of Jesus and the Universal Judgement. Pigna’s Museum “ La Terra e la Memoria “ ( The Land and its Memories ) collects evidence of shepherd’s tools and life as it was.
