It is furnished with over 20 beds, distributed among a number of smaller rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen available for your use, along with a number of public rooms : a cozy dinig room, spacious group room and a large terrace.
We are able to cater for individuals, families and groups, providing half-board or fully self-catering options.

We'll provide you with lots of local information and can help you organise your holiday. There is plenty to see here, including caves and prehistory, abbeys, castles and churches, medieval villages, rivers, mountains, the seaside, and of course there is a host of outdoor activities to choose from in this beautiful area.

You can be enrolled in our French courses and discover the region, or in workshops like West African drumming and percussion or French cooking and conversations ... just have a look!

Description of the area:

The Buèges Valley is situated to the northwest of the lively southern French city of Montpellier. Yet, despite its proximity to Montpellier, it is calm and sheltered within a truly stunning area of great natural beauty. Nestled at the foot of the Séranne Mountain, the Buèges valley stretches out beneath the southern limit of the Larzac limestone plateau. The vines and olive trees punctuate the landscape, while the neighbouring slopes of the Causses are covered in scrubland (garrigue), oak trees and aromatic plants.
The Buèges Valley is orientated east to west and thus protected from the force of the main north-south winds of the Languedoc. Named after the small river which meanders through it, the valley is home to three small, medieval villages, of which the most visually striking is St. Jean de Buèges.
It is a village possessing a rare charm and tranquillity. Due to its relative isolation, it has preserved an air of authenticity that evokes former times.
