This holiday home, a non-smoking apartment, is situated in a quiet spot of Berlin-Frohnau, a suburb in the green Northern part of Berlin.


The size of the holiday apartment is adjustable to the number of guests. The rental price is calculated on the basis of the number of persons and the number of rooms rented (example: if 2 people rent the whole apartment with all four rooms, they will be asked the rate for 5 people).



- for up to 2 persons with 2 rooms (= one bedroom), surface of approx. 62 m²

- for up to 4 persons with 3 rooms (= two bedrooms), surface of approx. 75 m²

- for up to 6 persons with 4 rooms (= three bedrooms), surface of approx. 100m²

Final cleaning included in the price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels. If you prefer, we can put a selection at your disposal for € 10.- per person.


Description of our holiday apartment:

- Total surface approx. 100 m² (ground floor, upper floor and basement)
- Ground floor: Kitchen with dining-bar for 4 persons; guest-WC; hall with cloackroom and big mirror, fitted cupboard.
- Upper floor: Living room with dining area and a sun balcony of approx. 10 m²
1st bedroom with double bed (180 x 190);
2nd bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 each) and big desk; Shower-Bath with shower/bathtub/WC
- Basement: 3rd bedroom with big double bed (200 x 200), approx. 25 m²,
with day lighting
TV, radio/tape/CD
Fully equipped fitted kitchen with 4 panel glass-ceramic cook top and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, fully equipped.

Berlin-city guide, game collections and books are at your disposal.
Electrical blinds on the ground floor. The front garden can be used by our guests. Table and chairs for garden and balcony are at your disposal.
WLAN-connexion available; Can be used for a fee.
The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 persons comfortably without ‚ ettenbauen'.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 panel glass-ceramic cook top, a high quality convection oven, upper/lower heat, grill and automatic frying device. Apart from that, you will find in the kitchen of our holiday home a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, a bread cutting machine, a hand mixer, an espresso machine, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and all the equipment needed.

There is a separate guest-WC and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC. WC and bathroom are new with top quality equipment and a real glass round shower.

The kitchen window on the ground floor has electric blinds that can be operated automatically (timer) if you wish, or manually.


The rooms of the holiday apartment are on the ground floor and on the upper floor. The third bedroom is in the basement. Unfortunately, this makes it difficult for people in wheelchairs.

Our holiday apartment has been furnished in a cosy and tasteful fashion.

Description of the area:

The well known residential suburb and garden town Frohnau is situated in the Northern part of the district of Reinickendorf. Our house is approx. 5 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (line 125). This line takes you to the S-Bahn station Frohnau (2km). Line 1 of the S-Bahn will take you directly to the centre of Berlin (30 minutes) right through to Unter den Linden, to the Brandenburger Tor and to the Reichstag. Depending on the time of the day, you have bus and S-Bahn connections every 10-20 minutes.

The Frohnauer Forst with its idyllic Hubertus lake and the Bieselheide are very close to the holiday home ZUR BIESELHEIDE. Hiking, walking, jogging, Nordic Walking or cycle tours on your doorstep.


Further sports facilities in the surrounding area: Golf (5 km), horse riding (2 km), Tennis (2 km), Water sports on the Tegeler See (7 km)

Apart from countless lakes, there are quite a few swimming and adventures pools in and around Berlin.

How to find us:

From the South or the West:
Take the A110/E51 direction airport Tegel and Hamburg, then continue on the A111/E26.
After the airport Tegel, keep right in the tunnel direction Hamburg. In the next tunnel, keep right again. Exit Waidmannsluster Damm at the end of the tunnel right at the traffic lights.
Keep on the Waidmannsluster Damm until you get to the traffic lights after the S-Bahn bridge where you turn left into the B96 direction Frohnau / Oranienburg.
B96 direction North. At the traffic lights with thatched shelter "Pilz" (mushroom) turn right into the street "Am Pilz", follow to the end, turn left 200m.




From the North:
to AD Oranienburg, keep right, on A111 to exit Stolpe. Leave the motorway and turn left at the traffic lights into the Hennigsdorfer Chaussee. Follow the road, turn slightly to the right before the petrol station. Continue to the roundabout. 2nd exit direction Berliner Straße, continue on B96 until you get to the traffic lights. Turn left into the street "Am Pilz" follow to the end, turn left 200m.
