Holiday house on the canal with mooring and swimming pool, on a free plot in a small quiet area. The house be located in an impasse, the region is traffic calming and suitable for families. You can rent bicycles with charge.

Description of the area:

There are aprox. 2000 m to the beach, easily reached by car within aprox. 5 minutes, also the restaurants, bars and supermarkets. All located within easy walking distance.

Also the pharmacies and doctors in 5-10 minutes driving distance.

The famous coastline inspires both, admiration and awe. It boasts big and famous resorts as well as unspoiled sites, such as natural parks of Cap de Creus and Aiquamolls d`Empordá. Closer to Sant Pere Pescador, some places are well worth a visit: Roses, Canyelles-Petit, Cadaques, Port de la Selva, Llança, L´Escala, L´Estartit, Sant Martí – Ruines d´Empuries, Medes-Islands, Peralada, Dalí-museum, the residence and studio of Dalí at Portlligat. On your way you will discover some of the landscapes painted by this self-proclaimed genial divine artist.
