Detailed description:

The 7 year old house is situated on 700m2 private plot, surrounded by a wall. On the closed plot there is space for 2 cars, which can be parked in front of the house.

The house has on one level 2 spacious double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living-dining room with kitchen, a large terrace with beautiful view over the bay of Roses.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all modern equipment like a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, 4 vitro-ceramique cooking plates, big fridge, freezer, and an electric barbecue grill for the terrace.
In the living room there is Sat TV and Stereo system for music.
In the cellar room you find washing machine and clotheshorse, ironing board and iron. Of course you also find plenty of comfortable sun beds and chairs.

Behind the house there is the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, where you can swim and sunbath undisturbed.

When the house was built, it had been thought already of the necessities of disabled, so the doors are wider, the shower is adapted, the only existing stairs can be avoided, reaching the pool using the garden path. For the only unavoidable step at the entrance there is a special ramp in the house, that will be put when needed.

By the way, it is also worth coming in winter, out of the bathing season. The underfloor heating makes sure, that you also feel comfortable at cold days.

The house is situated in the peaceful area of Mas Fumats, about 3km from the Mediterranean and the centre of Roses, a very popular holiday resort in the Bay of Rosas.
Casa Preciosa offers you the possibility to find peace and quietness, refreshment at the pool, undisturbed sunbathing, and at the same time the ideal base for all types of sport activities, surrounded by natural parks, all kinds of historic sites, great restaurants, and many other possibilities of sight-seeing.

ATTENTION: IN THE LOWEST SEASON, IF YOU BOOK 3 WEEKS, THE THIRD WEEK IS HALF PRICE.
Just one last note: Sheets and towels. You can be provided with them paying an extra charge. But usually we assume you take it with you.

Gastronomic variety is endless. Tapas and beach bars, Restaurants with good and cheap menus and a series of top class restaurants with extraordinary food.

By car. Motorway, once crossed the French-Spanish border take the Waoy out number 3. Follow signs Roses. About 25 km. Shortly before Roses, at roundabout turn left direction Cadaques. On the road to Cadaques turn left again into Mas Fumats.
By plane: Airport Girona (with Ryanair the airport “ Barcelona-Girona”) Rent a car. Take motor way direction North, France, take way out number 4. Direction Roses. Rest see above.
