Our luxurious 4-star apartment located in the fashionable Dünenschloss and is right on the beach promenade, the legendary Baltic Avenue and the miles of sandy Baltic beach!

It was in the classic style bathrooms, with tower elements, gables, bay windows and wooden balconies, built in 2005, and leaves nothing to be desired.

Through the in-house and perfectly equipped 'wellness oasis' the Dünenschloss is also always worth a visit. It is available here a Vital & Wellness Department with Others Swimming pool with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, gym, relaxation room and conservatory for free!


Our 55 sqm three-room apartment was completely refurbished in 2005 and equipped with a high quality & comfortable furnishings. You are inter alia two separate bedrooms (one with double bed and bed canopy, the other with two single beds), a Mediterranean dining room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and sensors, etc.), various books, Videos & DVDs, a yoga and Meditationsset, 2 TVs, DVD player, VCR, stereo and Playstation 2 (various games, buzzer, Singstar, Eyetoy, etc.), a large, elegant bathroom with tub / shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer and a spacious, furnished south balcony.

Also found in Dünenschloss a lift, a bicycle storage and a drying room with washing machine and dryer. Chair / bed on request.

How to find us:

By car you reach Kühlungsborn from the west on the A20 and the runs Kröpelin or Bad Doberan. From the south you drive along the A19, then A20. By train you go first to Rostock and change there into a local train that takes you in 30 minutes to Bad Doberan. Then begins the romantic part of your journey: The historic steam train Molli will take you directly to Kühlungsborn. The nearest airports and ferry can be found in Rostock.

Our excursion tip (of your apartment in the Port of Dünenschloss within easy walking distance): the cooling Borner (yacht):
Passenger boats leave here, you can charter sailboats, book a Baltic tour, experience the typical atmosphere in the dock, buy directly from local fishermen on board fresh fish or in one of the many bars, in restaurants with live music (eg, the Vielmeer) and beach lounges can really go well!
