This is an ideal environment for relaxing stay in an exclusive residential area: far from the chaos of the
City yet it is near the main public utilities. Nearby are all beautiful places of Tuscany and Umbria:35 Minuten

The villa is located at 700 m and is free of buildings round. It could be booked by a single group and it is equipped with all comfort and automatic gate fenced with remote control.
INDOOR
The facility is well maintained with the greatest health and hygiene assurance of the rooms, the swimming pool and external areas.

All rooms have large, spacious closets and south-exposed windows. All beds are equipped with bed sheets and summer quilts or duvets and fleece all free of charge.

The two bathrooms with shower are located nearby the bedrooms. Both are well maintained and hygienic soaps, bubble bath, shampoo, hair dryer, toilet, swimming caps, tooth paste provided free of charge.

The spacious living room (size: 40 sqm) consists of a dining room and living room with satellite TV, CD player, radio and DVD, board games, travel guides and our recommended addresses.

There is also a usable fireplace and a separate kitchen with all accessories, which is advantageous for a complete self-management.
The laundry room adjoins the kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and all accessories.

The villa is equipped with a private swimming pool , which can only be used by the guests.
The large solarium area with deck chairs, loungers and umbrellas set up.
A comfortable pool house with toilet and sink which is used as a bathroom and dressing room. In addition to all facilities the shower by solar energy available for free.

Swimmingpool location: It is located at the rear of the house, it overlooks a beautiful natural scenery, it is protected from unknown eyes and has barriers for the safety of your children.Dimensions: 12x6 m with decreasing depth of 1.20 m to 2.50 m.

The pool is open from May to the end of September.

There is a wide veranda for dinner and lunch in the outdoor tables and wooden chairs.
At your disposal are a bocce race, a terrace with a barbecue brick and a playground area for children with different elements that are attached to a comfortable lawn art.

Der Perugia Golf Club von befindet sich im Stadtrand der etruskischen Stadt Perugia. In 25 Minuten fährt man mit dem Auto von Villa La Rosa nach dem Golf Club, der jeden Tag offen ist.

Von Mittwoch zu Samstag darf man im Restaurant des Klubs sowohl zu Mittag als auch zu Abend essen. Im Klub gibt es auch ein kleines aber beliefertes Pro-Shop.
