Once confirmed, you simply log in to access your protected owners’ area and place the advert for your holiday home You can upload a maximum of 12 photos. Easy and quick.

Of course, you just need to type in your advert once. Whenever you make amendments after that or as soon as you update your availability calendar, your changes will automatically be transferred to all other portals as soon as you click on the SAVE button. You will certainly agree: it cannot get any easier than that to be present on 9 portals + regional websites at once???

You then receive an e-mail message with our payment instructions. Once the amount received, your holiday home will appear on our 9 Websites + regional websites.

It is highly recommended to use all versions of the programme (German, English and Spanish). There is no further charge for that.

There is just one thing you have to be aware of:

It is important that you enter your texts in all the

available languages (English, German and Spanish).

If you write them exclusively in English, your advert will

appear (on all 9 portals) in English only.

For some of the basic information, our system provides an

automated translation into German and Spanish, but this does, of course, not apply to text translations.

If you wish to have your advert translated into German or Spanish, we can do this for you:

Fee per advert and language:

Euro 25.00 irrespective of its volume (profesional translation)

or

only Euro 10,00 per advert and language when we make the translation with GOOGLE- translator.

We can also take care of inserting the advert for you, copy/pasting the information we need from your homepage. Fee per advertisement: Euro 25.00.

Do not worry about automatic extensions. There is none, so you are not running any risks at all.

You never need to send a termination notice which means no monitoring work for you.
